Twas the fourth time at the graveyard…the business graveyard. You’d think I’d be battle-hardened and immune by the fourth, but no…this one smelted my insides… scorched every ounce of peace my rational self could cling to. This was all we had left in the world, absolutely everything, including the kid’s milk money….There is not a rule we didn’t rehearse, not a process we didn’t perfect. And yet we still ended up in the graveyard. I was tired… bone tired. My highest and best was done. I was done.

There are Three Deep Diagnosis Paths You Can Take:
The 911 Session
This option is perfect if you have an urgent issue you want to solve, if time is of essence and, once it’s addressed, you can take the wheel and go from there.
A cut-to-the-chase rapid resolution session. This 90-minute, fast-paced experience is designed to quickly address one specific issue and give you immediately actionable resolution. It includes a discovery phase, triage diagnostics, and two weeks of email support.
The Strategist
This option is ideal if you have significant growth goals, have many interlocking pieces to address, and want us side by side with you as you implement.
The strategist is like a warm blanket of support wrapped around you to move you forward. It allows for longer-term support for up to 6 months. We fully tailor all the components to you and your goals. Think of the strategist as an extension of your team. Your fractional Chief Innovation Officer
Solvable
This option is designed for matters that require a bit more time and attention to resolve but are still within reach. If you’re facing a complex issue that needs careful unraveling, this package provides a comprehensive solution.
The Solvable package includes a deep-dive consultation, a customized action plan, two to four check-ins, and ongoing email support.
Here's How it Works
Step 1: Book
Book your initial session. When you book, you will be redirected to a questionnaire where I ask you in-depth questions about your business (you’ll receive an email link to the questionnaire as well).
Step 2: Complete The Questionnaire
I ask questions up front so your session is filled with answers from beginning to end! You must complete the questionnaire in full to receive the link to book your clarity session. If you don’t know the answer to a question, that’s okay. That lets me know that’s an area in your business that we need to address.
Step 3: Attend The Session
Attend your Deep Diagnosis session. This is us getting to work. The session will be recorded so that you can be fully immersed in our moment together, and you will have access to download and view the recording afterward.

Can I cancel or reschedule a coaching session?
While we highly discourage rescheduling due to the domino effect of disruption, we understand that life happens, so yes, you can reschedule if you absolutely have to.
What if I want coaching for my team?

What if I want to switch coaching packages?
Totally understandable. If you find that your needs have changed and you’d like to switch to a different coaching package, please connect with us and we will work it out.
Why Record the sessions?
First things first, you have a choice. While we highly encourage a recorded session for the purposes of reflection, progress tracking, and clarity. We also give you the choice to not have to record the session. Either way. This is all super confidential.
Do you offer any discounts?
