Self Managing Organization

Your Business Should Be Improving Your Quality of Life…Not Reducing it

It’s untenable: the 24/7 overwhelm. The un-self-care. The tyranny of the tactical. You know it’s killing you. It’s literally choking you…choking the business. But it’s incredibly hard to know exactly how to get out of the weeds.

Abstract theories, oversimplified guru solutions, fragmented videos and blogposts aren’t cutting it.

There hasn’t been a place for you to have the dots connected for your small business self. You don’t have access to practical examples, actual case studies of businesses of your size building their way out of the weeds. There hasn’t been a place to have direct conversations with those who successfully built self-managing organizations.

Until now…

The Oxygen Framework

week 1

self-managing orgs

Week 1 is your gateway into understanding self-managing organizations. There’s no silver bullet or one-size-fits-solution. You will engage directly with leaders who have successfully transformed their businesses.

In this first week, we introduce the practical framework (we call the Oxygen Framework) which contains the key components that underpin every self-managing (oxygenated) organization:

  • The Foundation-The Core DNA, the Value map.

Where Does The Masterclass Take Place?

The Masterclass takes place online. There are two live sessions per week. All other learning content can be accessed in your own time.

We interact in a private virtual room. It’s the place to access the learning material, communicate with fellow students, and work on assignments.

For the live sessions, we use Zoom. Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll receive everything you need to get properly onboarded.

How much time should you invest?

The more you invest, the more you get out of it. Besides the two live sessions of 2 hours each per week, most spend roughly 4 hours going through the material and working on the assignments. Therefore, we recommend to schedule around 8 hours in total per week to get the most out of it.

What's the Class Size?

To ensure maximum attention to each and every one of you, we have a maximum of 25 CEO’s enrolled per cohort.
