Welcome to Oparos.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and its content. By accessing or using oparos.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

This website is owned and operated by Oparos LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York, with its address at 222 Purchase Street, Rye, NY 10580 (“Oparos,” “we,” “us,” “our”).


1. Use of the website

You may use oparos.com for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, harvest, or copy content for use in AI training, database building, or any commercial purpose without our written permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or the servers and networks connected to it
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the website, except for standard search engine crawling

2. Intellectual property

All content on oparos.com, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, methodologies, terminology, book titles, subtitles, design elements, and site architecture, is the property of Oparos LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Oparos proprietary frameworks and terminology

The following frameworks, methodologies, and terms are the proprietary intellectual property of Oparos LLC. Their use, reproduction, adaptation, or derivation requires our express written permission:

  • Thrivability and the Thrivability Framework, including the Thrivability Law (T = Clarity × Capability × Continuity), the Entropy Threshold, the Transfer Principle, the Compounding Principle, and the CCC architecture (Clarity, Capability, Continuity)
  • The Convergence and the five-characteristic Convergence framework
  • The Department of Transition and its three-function architecture (Hospice, Bridge, Nursery)
  • The Motility Index
  • Solvation, the Solver, and the SOLVED epistemology
  • Thrive Architect, ThrivOrg, and related designations
  • The five-book catalog structure, book titles, and accompanying subtitles
  • All related diagrams, models, assessments, and extended terminology developed by or on behalf of Oparos

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content. Quoting short excerpts for editorial, academic, or journalistic purposes under fair use principles is permitted, provided you attribute the work to Oparos and link back to oparos.com where practical.

Your permitted uses

You may view, print, and share links to oparos.com content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including commercial reuse, republication, or incorporation into training data for machine learning systems, requires our prior written consent.


3. Submissions you make to us

When you send us a message through the contact form or otherwise communicate with us, you grant Oparos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and respond to your submission in the ordinary course of business. You represent that:

  • The submission is your own and does not violate any third party’s rights
  • The submission is not unlawful, defamatory, or infringing
  • You are authorized to share it with us

We are under no obligation to respond to any submission, maintain it in confidence, or use or not use it. Do not send us confidential or proprietary information you do not wish us to receive.


4. Third-party links and services

Oparos.com contains links to third-party websites, including Substack, LinkedIn, and others. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Our contact form is processed through Formspree. Our newsletter publications are hosted on Substack. These third-party services have their own terms, which you should review.


5. No professional advice

Content on oparos.com is offered for educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on anything you read here.

Nothing on this website creates a consulting relationship, fiduciary relationship, or any other professional engagement between you and Oparos. A formal engagement with Oparos requires a signed written agreement.


6. No warranties

Oparos.com and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The content is accurate, complete, or current
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • The website is free of viruses or other harmful components

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oparos disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oparos, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of oparos.com, including without limitation lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will our total liability to you for any claims relating to these Terms or oparos.com exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.


8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oparos, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of oparos.com
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third party’s rights
  • Any content you submit to us

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to oparos.com at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, indemnification, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue in effect.


10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you through the website. Your continued use of oparos.com after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or oparos.com will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.


12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.


13. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oparos regarding your use of oparos.com. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications on the subject.
